About the Konishi KF8390

The Konishi KF8390 is a semi-rimless rectangle frame designed for men. The rectangular shape provides structured lines, while the semi-rimless construction reduces visual weight along the bottom of the lenses.

This frame measures 52-18-140 mm (lens-bridge-temple). The 52 mm lens width falls on the narrow side of regular, suitable for small to medium faces, and the 18 mm bridge is average for this lens width. To compare with your current glasses, check the numbers printed on the inside of the temple—if your lens width is 50-53 mm, this will fit similarly.

Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.

Frequently asked questions

Which size is the KF8390?

It comes in one size, 52-18-140. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 50–54 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.

Is the KF8390 good for progressive lenses?

Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.

What does semi-rimless mean?

A metal rim holds the top of the lens and a fine cord holds the bottom edge, so the frame looks lighter than a full-rim style.
