About the Lacoste L2852
The Lacoste L2852 is a full rim rectangle frame with spring hinges. This unisex style works for wearers who prefer a classic rectangular shape with the added comfort of flexible temples.
Available in two sizes: 53-16-145 and 55-16-145, where the numbers indicate lens width, bridge width, and temple length in millimeters. The 53mm to 55mm lens width provides a regular fit, while the 16mm bridge is average for frames in this lens size range. To compare with glasses you already own, check the numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm.

Which size should I choose, 53 or 55?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 52–54 mm take the 53; if it is 54–56 mm take the 55.
Is the L2852 good for progressive lenses?
Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
