About the Lacoste L2985
The Lacoste L2985 is a women's frame with an irregular shape and full-rim plastic construction. The distinctive irregular shape offers a modern alternative to traditional frame styles and suits those looking for contemporary eyewear with character.
This frame comes in one size: 55-16-140, with a lens height of 47mm. The 55mm lens width provides a regular fit, while the 16mm bridge is average for this lens width. To compare with glasses you already own, check the three numbers printed on the inside of your temple—these measurements will be similar if your current frames fit you well.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size is the L2985?
It comes in one size, 55-16-140. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 53–57 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the L2985 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 47 mm. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What colors does the L2985 come in?
It is offered in 4 colors; the product page shows which are available now.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
