About the Lacoste L4029

The Lacoste L4029 is a men's rectangular frame with a full rim design. Made from bio injected material, it includes spring hinges for flexibility and durability.

This frame comes in one size: 52mm lens width, 20mm bridge, and 145mm temples, with a lens height of 43mm. The 52mm lens width falls on the narrow side of regular, while the 20mm bridge is wide for this lens width, meaning the frame sits farther from your face than most glasses with similar-sized lenses. The 145mm temple length is standard.

Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.

Frequently asked questions

Which size is the L4029?

It comes in one size, 52-20-145. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 50–54 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.

Is the L4029 good for progressive lenses?

The lens height is 43 mm. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.

What are spring hinges?

A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
