About the Maxx Eyewear LAMAR
The Maxx Eyewear LAMAR is a full rim rectangle frame designed for women. The spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for added comfort and durability.
This frame comes in one size: 55-21-155 (lens width, bridge width, temple length in millimeters). The 55mm lens width provides a regular fit, while the 21mm bridge is wide for this lens width, sitting farther from your nose than most frames with 55mm lenses. The 155mm temples are long—compare these measurements to a pair of glasses that fits you well.

Which size is the LAMAR?
It comes in one size, 55-21-155. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 53–57 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the LAMAR good for progressive lenses?
Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
