The Michael Kors MK4149U is a square-shaped women's frame made from injected material with full rims surrounding the lenses. The square shape works well for those with round or oval face shapes seeking more angular definition.
This frame is available in two sizes: 52-17-145 with a 40 mm lens height, and 54-17-145 with a 42 mm lens height. The lens width of 52 mm to 54 mm provides a regular fit, while the 17 mm bridge is average for frames in this size range. Which size should I choose, 52 or 54?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 51–53 mm take the 52; if it is 53–55 mm take the 54.
Is the MK4149U good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 40 mm in the 52 and 42 mm in the 54. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.

If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
