Available in two sizes: 54-16-140 with a lens height of 34 mm, and 56-17-145 with a lens height of 35 mm. The lens width of 54 mm to 56 mm is wide, while the bridge of 16 mm to 17 mm is average for this lens width. Which size should I choose, 54 or 56?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 53–55 mm take the 54; if it is 55–57 mm take the 56.
Is the NIKE1002Y good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 34 mm in the 54 and 35 mm in the 56. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.

If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
