About the Nike 8159
The Nike 8159 is a semi-rimless rectangular frame made of metal, designed for men. The rectangular shape and semi-rimless construction create a streamlined appearance with an open lower portion.
This frame is available in two sizes: 57-17-145 with a 35mm lens height, and 59-17-145 with a 36mm lens height. The lens width of 57mm to 59mm is very wide, while the 17mm bridge is average for frames with this lens width. If your current glasses have a lens width under 55mm, these will feel noticeably larger on your face.

Which size should I choose, 57 or 59?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 56–58 mm take the 57; if it is 58–60 mm take the 59.
Is the 8159 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 35 mm in the 57 and 36 mm in the 59. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What does semi-rimless mean?
A metal rim holds the top of the lens and a fine cord holds the bottom edge, so the frame looks lighter than a full-rim style.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
