At 51mm the Ray-Ban RB7178D fits on the narrow side of regular, suitable for small to medium faces. If your current glasses measure 49mm to 52mm across the lens, these will feel familiar.
The 46mm lens height is deep and accommodates progressive lenses with room for a full corridor. Bifocal and single-vision prescriptions also fit comfortably within this taller lens.
The phantos shape in injected material works well on oval, heart, and oblong faces. Square and round faces may find the curved lines repeat rather than contrast their natural angles.

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
