At 54mm to 56mm, the Ray-Ban RB6494 offers a wide lens width that suits larger faces. If your current glasses measure 52mm or less across each lens, these will feel noticeably broader.
The 41mm lens height provides deep vertical coverage. This dimension accommodates progressive lenses with room for a full corridor, allowing comfortable viewing at all distances without requiring you to tilt your head.
The pillow shape in metal construction works well for square and rectangular faces by softening angular features. Round and oval faces may find the curved lines echo their natural contours too closely, reducing definition.

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
