About the Ray-Ban RB7255
The Ray-Ban RB7255 is a full-rim oval frame made from a combination of acetate and stainless steel. This unisex frame features regular hinges and suits those who prefer an oval shape.
Available in two sizes: 51-20-145 with a lens height of 41mm, and 53-20-145 with a lens height of 43mm. The lens width of 51mm to 53mm provides a regular fit, while the 20mm bridge is wide for these lens widths. To compare with your current glasses, check the three numbers printed on the inside of the temple.

Which size should I choose, 51 or 53?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 50–52 mm take the 51; if it is 52–54 mm take the 53.
Is the RB7255 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 41 mm in the 51 and 43 mm in the 53. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What is the difference between RX7255 and RB7255?
Nothing in the frame. One is the engraved code and the other is Luxottica's catalogue code for the prescription version. We list both so it matches your optician's paperwork.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
