At 46mm to 48mm lens width, the Ray-Ban RY1591 is a narrow fit. These suit wearers with smaller faces or those who prefer compact frames. If your current glasses measure 50mm or wider across each lens, these will feel noticeably smaller.
The 34mm lens height provides adequate vertical space for progressive lenses. Wearers who need multifocal prescriptions will find the height accommodates the reading zone without difficulty. Single-vision prescriptions fit comfortably within this dimension.
The square acetate frame works well on round or oval faces by adding definition. The angular shape does not complement square or rectangular face shapes, as it emphasizes rather than balances existing angles.
