The Serafina Eyewear PHOEBE is a semi-rimless frame designed for women. The semi-rimless construction means the lenses are held by a frame along the top portion, leaving the bottom edge exposed.
This frame measures 54-17-140, with a lens width of 54mm (a regular fit), a bridge width of 17mm (average for this lens width), and temples that are 140mm long (standard length). What does semi-rimless mean?
A metal rim holds the top of the lens and a fine cord holds the bottom edge, so the frame looks lighter than a full-rim style.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
