About the Smilen Elite 27
The Smilen Elite 27 is a square-shaped frame made from acetate with a full rim construction. This unisex design suits those who prefer structured, angular frames.
The measurements are 55-18-145: a lens width of 55mm provides a regular fit, the 18mm bridge is average for this lens width, and the 145mm temples are standard length. To compare with glasses you already own, check the three numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.

Prescription lens options for the Smilen Elite 27
OmniLux® NAL®
– next-gen no-line multifocal lenses, exclusive to BestNewGlasses.com.
Single vision

Progressive

If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
