About the STEVE MADDEN DIXON
The STEVE MADDEN DIXON is a full rim metal frame designed for kids. The spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for added durability and comfort during active wear.
This frame comes in two sizes: 50-16-135 with a lens height of 36mm, and 52-16-135 with a lens height of 36mm. The lens width of 50mm to 52mm is on the narrow side of regular, while the 16mm bridge is average for this lens width. The 135mm temples are short, so compare these measurements to your current glasses to determine fit.

Which size should I choose, 50 or 52?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 49–51 mm take the 50; if it is 51–53 mm take the 52.
Is the DIXON good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 36 mm. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
