About the Wide Guyz DILLINGER
The Wide Guyz DILLINGER is a men's frame equipped with spring hinges that allow the temples to flex outward for additional comfort and durability. This frame is designed for men who need wider eyewear.
This frame measures 63-18-155 (lens width-bridge width-temple length in millimeters). The 63mm lens width is very wide, and the 18mm bridge is average for this lens width, while the 155mm temples are long. To compare with your current glasses, check the numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size is the DILLINGER?
It comes in one size, 63-18-155. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 61–65 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the DILLINGER good for progressive lenses?
Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
