About the Lacoste L2944
The Lacoste L2944 is a women's cat eye frame with a full rim design and regular hinges. The cat eye shape suits those who prefer a vintage-inspired silhouette with upswept corners.
This frame comes in one size: 55-17-140, with a lens height of 46 mm. The 55 mm lens width provides a regular fit, while the 17 mm bridge is average for this lens width. To compare with glasses you already own, check the three numbers printed on the inside of your temple arm.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size is the L2944?
It comes in one size, 55-17-140. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 53–57 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the L2944 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 46 mm. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What colors does the L2944 come in?
It is offered in 4 colors; the product page shows which are available now.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
