About the Lacoste L4007MAG-SET
The Lacoste L4007MAG-SET is a full-rim rectangular frame made from bio-based plastic. The spring hinges provide flexibility at the temples, and the unisex design works for a range of face shapes.
This frame comes in two sizes: 54-17-145 with a lens height of 43 mm, and 57-17-145 with a lens height of 45 mm. The lens width of 54 mm to 57 mm is wide, while the 17 mm bridge is average for frames of this lens width, and the 145 mm temples are standard length. If you currently wear glasses with a lens width in the low 50s or high 40s, these will feel noticeably wider across your face.

Which size should I choose, 54 or 57?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 53–55 mm take the 54; if it is 56–58 mm take the 57.
Is the L4007MAG-SET good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 43 mm in the 54 and 45 mm in the 57. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
