About the Lacoste L2977
The Lacoste L2977 is a full rim rectangular frame made from plastic (BIO INJ-G820) with regular hinges. This is a men's frame with a structured rectangular shape.
This frame comes in one size: 54mm lens width, 16mm bridge, and 150mm temples, with a lens height of 38mm. The 54mm lens width provides a regular fit, while the 16mm bridge is average for this lens width. The 150mm temples are long—you can compare these measurements to the numbers printed on the inside of your current glasses to determine fit.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size is the L2977?
It comes in one size, 54-16-150. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 52–56 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the L2977 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 38 mm. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What colors does the L2977 come in?
It is offered in 5 colors; the product page shows which are available now.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
