About the Lacoste L2982
The Lacoste L2982 is a full rim rectangular frame made from plastic (BIO INJ-G820) and designed for women. The rectangular shape works well for those with round or oval face shapes, providing definition and structure.
This frame comes in one size: 54mm lens width, 17mm bridge, and 145mm temples, with a lens height of 46mm. The 54mm lens width provides a regular fit, while the 17mm bridge is average for this lens width. To compare with your current glasses, check the numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size is the L2982?
It comes in one size, 54-17-145. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 52–56 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the L2982 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 46 mm. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What colors does the L2982 come in?
It is offered in 4 colors; the product page shows which are available now.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
