The Ray-Ban RB3746V is a full rim metal frame with an irregular shape. This unisex frame works for those seeking a metal construction with distinctive angular lines.
Available in two sizes: 54-20-145 with a 36mm lens height, and 56-20-145 with a 38mm lens height. The lens width of 54mm to 56mm is wide, and the 20mm bridge is wide for these lens widths, meaning the frame sits farther from your face than most glasses with similar lens sizes. The 145mm temples are standard length.

Which size should I choose, 54 or 56?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 53–55 mm take the 54; if it is 55–57 mm take the 56.
Is the RB3746V good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 36 mm in the 54 and 38 mm in the 56. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What is the difference between RB3746V and RX3746V?
Nothing in the frame. One is the engraved code and the other is Luxottica's catalogue code for the prescription version. We list both so it matches your optician's paperwork.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
