About the Capri Di Caprio DC97

The Capri Di Caprio DC97 is a women's full rim metal frame with spring hinges. The metal construction and full rim design provide structure and durability.

This frame comes in one size: 49-17-130 mm (lens width-bridge-temple length), with a lens height of 20 mm. The 49 mm lens width is on the narrow side of regular, and the 17 mm bridge is average for this lens width. The 130 mm temples are short, so if your current glasses have longer temples, these will sit closer to your head.

Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.

Frequently asked questions

Which size is the DC97?

It comes in one size, 49-17-130. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 47–51 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.

Is the DC97 good for progressive lenses?

The lens height is 20 mm. That is shallow, so single vision is recommended in this frame. Please ask us before ordering progressive or multifocal lenses.

What are spring hinges?

A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
