About the Elizabeth Arden EA1226
The Elizabeth Arden EA1226 is a semi-rimless cat eye frame designed for women. The cat eye shape features an upswept outer edge that suits angular and heart-shaped faces, while the spring hinges provide flexibility at the temples.
This frame comes in one size: 53-16-135mm (lens width, bridge width, temple length). The 53mm lens width provides a regular fit across the eye, and the 16mm bridge is average for this lens size. The 135mm temples are short compared to standard frames—if your current glasses have 140mm or longer temples, these will sit closer to your ears.

Which size is the EA1226?
It comes in one size, 53-16-135. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 51–55 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the EA1226 good for progressive lenses?

What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
