About the Flexon 606
The Flexon 606 is a semi-rimless rectangle frame made from Flexon metal. This unisex style works for wearers who prefer a rectangular lens shape with a lighter visual weight from the semi-rimless construction.
Available in three sizes: 52-19-140 with 35mm lens height, 54-19-140 with 36mm lens height, and 56-19-145 with 37mm lens height. The lens widths of 52mm to 56mm are wide, while the 19mm bridge is average for frames in this lens width range. To compare with your current glasses, check the three numbers printed on the inside of the temple.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size should I choose?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses and take the closest one: 52, 54 or 56.
Is the 606 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 35 mm in the 52, 36 mm in the 54 and 37 mm in the 56. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What does semi-rimless mean?
A metal rim holds the top of the lens and a fine cord holds the bottom edge, so the frame looks lighter than a full-rim style.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
