About the Ray-Ban RB5447
The Ray-Ban RB5447 is a full rim acetate frame with an oval shape. This unisex design works for those who prefer a classic oval lens shape in a plastic frame.
Available in two sizes: 51-19-145 with a 34mm lens height, and 53-19-145 with a 35mm lens height. The 51mm to 53mm lens width provides a regular fit, while the 19mm bridge is average for frames of this lens width. To compare with your current glasses, check the three numbers printed on the inside of the temple.

Which size should I choose, 51 or 53?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 50–52 mm take the 51; if it is 52–54 mm take the 53.
Is the RB5447 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 34 mm in the 51 and 35 mm in the 53. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What is the difference between RB5447 and RX5447?
Nothing in the frame. One is the engraved code and the other is Luxottica's catalogue code for the prescription version. We list both so it matches your optician's paperwork.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
